We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags.
• To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason.
• Exchanges (different size or color) are offered first where a suitable replacement is available; refunds apply where an exchange isn't possible.

Shipping Costs

Return delivery costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we cover it.

Sale Items

Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed via M-Pesa within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
